…a dependable, communicative, and professional consultant…integrated smoothly into the project team, ramped up on the project context efficiently, and consistently delivered against the cadence set by the client.
Staff augmentation
Our engineers work in the client's repository, delivery process, and technical governance. Engagements are available for defined capacity requirements without adding a permanent role.

Augmentation can address a defined capacity or capability gap while technical ownership remains with the client organization.
Finding experienced mobile engineers in North America is hard. When you do find them, the process is slow:
Embedded engagements are structured around:
Case study · CLEIO
CLEIO is a Quebec neurotechnology company building EEG headset companion apps. They needed senior Android capacity to keep shipping while they evaluated a permanent hire. Hiring takes 3+ months, plus a ramp month. They didn't have that runway.
CLEIO engaged DEVSFLOW for embedded Android engineering. The work ran in the same repo, standups, and sprint cadence as their internal team. The first ticket started in week one, and delivery followed the client's cadence rather than a separate agency workflow.
The engagement used the client's existing technical ownership, review process, and delivery cadence.
Case study · Trackforce
Trackforce runs Tracktik, the mobile platform used daily by thousands of physical security guards across North America. They were facing revenue-impacting stability issues. Hiring permanent Android engineers fast enough wasn't an option. They needed senior capacity inside the existing team, immediately.
Under DEVSFLOW's staffing model, the engineers worked within Trackforce's repository, delivery process, and sprint cadence. They handled high-priority tickets through the stabilization cycle and completed a structured handover.
The engagement remained within Trackforce's existing engineering workflow through stabilization and handover.
Our engineers cover the full spectrum of mobile development. Match the skills you need to the engineers we provide.

Staff-level engineers who can own technical direction. Architecture reviews, code quality standards, mentoring junior developers, and cross-team coordination.
System Design, Code Review, Technical Strategy, Team Mentoring
A defined engineering role within the client's existing delivery and technical governance structure.
Our engineers use the client's communication channels, planning process, code review standards, and escalation paths.
Our team works from Toronto, Quebec, and Calgary, all in North American time zones. Real-time collaboration during your working hours. No overnight handoffs.
We don't do junior placement. Every engineer we provide has 8+ years of mobile experience and has shipped production apps used by thousands or millions.
Engineers can own scoped work and technical investigation while remaining accountable to the client's product priorities, architecture decisions, and review process.
Full-time or part-time. Single engineer or a small team. Short-term sprint coverage or long-term augmentation. We adapt to what you need.
Our engineers document their work, write clean code, and actively transfer knowledge to your team. When the engagement ends, you keep everything.
Our engineers have embedded into teams across these verticals, bringing domain-relevant mobile experience.
Banking apps, payment platforms, trading interfaces. PCI compliance, biometric auth, real-time data.
Patient apps, EHR integrations, wearable companions. HIPAA considerations, HL7/FHIR, clinical workflows.
Guard management, shift scheduling, GPS patrol tracking. Offline-first, battery optimization, rugged conditions.
BLE device companions, sensor data apps, firmware integration. Real-time streaming, protocol engineering.
Streaming apps, content platforms, social features. Video playback, caching strategies, engagement metrics.
Mobile-first B2B tools, CRM companions, field service apps. Complex data sync, role-based access, offline support.
What clients say
…a dependable, communicative, and professional consultant…integrated smoothly into the project team, ramped up on the project context efficiently, and consistently delivered against the cadence set by the client.
“…for the work you've done resolving revenue-impacting issues from the Tracktik mobile app.”
“…it has been a real pleasure working with you. I wish you the best in your projects!”
“Thank you for the reliable application you delivered, not a single failure since I've been using it.”
Our engineers are full-time employees. DEVSFLOW handles employment and administrative support while the client retains day-to-day technical direction. If the role or fit is not appropriate, the agreement includes a replacement process.
Yes. We provide relevant engineer profiles, and clients may conduct a technical interview or pair-programming session before confirming an engagement.
We ask for a 3-month minimum to make the onboarding investment worthwhile for both sides. After that, it's month-to-month with 2 weeks notice to scale down.
Yes, we offer a conversion path after 6 months of engagement. We'll work out a transition that's fair to everyone involved.
The typical target is one to two weeks from agreement, subject to engineer availability, client interviews, contracting, and access requirements.
Yes. We offer both full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time (20 hours/week) engagement models. Part-time works well when you need specialized expertise but don't have a full-time workload.
If the technical or working fit is not appropriate within the first two weeks, we provide a replacement at no additional cost under the engagement terms.
You do. They report to your engineering lead or PM, attend your ceremonies, and follow your processes. We handle administrative/HR aspects and periodic check-ins to ensure satisfaction on both sides.
